San Francisco - A federal judge in San Francisco Court frees Twitter from a lawsuit that accused the social media that took part in the activity of ISIS.

Even so, H. Orrick, US District Judge in San Francisco provides an opportunity for plaintiffs to file charges back.

Claimant is Tamara Fields, a lady from Florida, whose husband died in an attack ISIS in police training center in Amman, Jordan. Fields called the Twitter let ISIS for using their networks in a spread propaganda, raise funds and find new members.

But then Fields admitted that he had agreed with Twitter and called federal law protects companies from liability for content posted by third parties on its services.

Whereas previously Fields with a loud 'offensive' Twitter by saying that social media networks that give freedom to ISIS in the care of his official Twitter account.

"Without Twitter, ISIS massive growth over the last few years become the most feared terrorist group in the world is not going to happen," wrote Fields said in the lawsuit that time.

Twitter response to the lawsuit at the time was, "The threat of violence and activities promoting terrorism does not deserve a place on Twitter, and like other social media networking, we have to clarify the rules".
